About Cherries
This original British comedy drama, features a storyline with miscommunication, misdirection and plenty of laughs across three chapters that we are splitting into six episodes. The story follows the lives of three couples. Roger and Abbey, their neighbours Dick and Joanne and their best friends Pete and Petra.
Covering a period of six months we look into these seemingly everyday peoples lives, only to uncover deep dark secrets, lies and even murder! Told through a naturalistic lens we follow these characters as they discover who they can really trust!
Chapter One - At Roger and Abbey's Garden Party (1/2)
Chapter Two - At Dick and Joanne's Anniversary Party (3/4)
Chapter Three - At Pete and Petra's Christmas Party (5/6)
The full production is dependent on our fundraising efforts. At this stage we are able to support going ahead with chapters one and two but still need to fundraise for a larger budget to support chapter three filming in 2026. Please help us move this project forward and be 100% produced by volunteers and crowd funding.
Supporting this project has been a joy so far. Leigh and Pauline work hard to create a supportive and creative atmosphere for all involved. That the cast and crew go home smiling is one of the most important things to them. It's a joy to be a part of.
